Pak Technology Pty Ltd uses the information submitted through pakshop.com.au to respond to online quote and mail-in repair requests, provide requested services and operate the website.

Information You Submit

When you send an enquiry, we may collect the contact, device, repair and return-delivery information shown in the relevant form. This information is used to handle your request and communicate with you. Please do not include a device password or unrelated sensitive information.

Website Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate website traffic, referral sources, pages and sections viewed, engagement, and actions such as quote requests, mail-in requests, phone calls, email clicks and store-direction clicks. We do not intentionally send customer names, phone numbers, email addresses, street addresses, IMEI numbers or device serial numbers to Google Analytics.

Service Providers
