We recommend removing the SIM card, case and loose accessories. Include a charger only when it relates to the fault.

Wrap the device with at least 5 cm of bubble wrap. Do not let the device move inside the box.
- 4Use a Rigid Box
Do not use a paper envelope or satchel alone. Seal the box securely and take photos before sending.

We will email the inspection result and repair quote first. Repair begins only after your approval. Once completed and paid, the device is packed securely, dispatched with tracking and a delivery notification is sent to you.
